A growing number of people maintain information services about their own unit,
district or council.
Here is a list of all sites that I know of, most of which were announced on
any of the mailinglists or on the

since communist China didn't have Scouting or Guiding)

Note also that the organizations known as "Scouts of China" and
"National Girl Scouts Association of the Republic of China"
are not in China, but in
Taiwan, Republic of China.
