InterNETional Scouting and Guiding Pages: Country Webmasters wanterd!

For far too long, I have tried (struggled) to maintain this site on my own. The internet has grown, and I have no illusion that my time investment or my skill at website building can grow at anything near that growth rate.

So the time has come to look for a different approach. Im looking for people willing to fill the role of

"country webmaster"

As I envision it, a country webmaster would take on the responsibility to maintain the page with links about his or her country (or state, or scouting association, or whatever is convenient; I'm sure we can work something out).

Requirements

As few as possible. Probably knowledge of the section you are going to maintain, and the ability to edit some basic html code, nothing more.

Technical side

The easiest way to get this to work is that the country webmaster edits a local copy of the html page and mails me the updated version.

I will look into creating mail forms for feedback (so the webmaster's e-mail address will not appear vissibly on the page). And some work on my side will be needed to separate the layout from the content (CSS, PHP includes should be my responsibility and country webmasters should not be bothered with such things).
